Temporary Surveyor

I am currently working with a Tenant Management Organisation based in Leeds, looking for a Temporary Surveyor.

Our client is looking for a dedicated surveyor to support their team. They are seeking a candidate who will play a crucial role in assessing and identifying various property related issues, focussing primarily on repair cases.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct stock condition surveys
* Pre and post inspections of repair works.
* Capital and repairs
* Responsive repairs
* Void repairs
* Liaise with residents, staff, and external partners.

Requirements:

* Property inspection experience.
* Ability to work independently, manage workload efficiently, and meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of current building and housing legislation
* Full UK Driving License.

Our client is a locally based Tenant Management Organisation run by tenants.

They are responsible for the management of Leeds City Council's housing and estate management services. providing high-quality services while supporting their communities.
