Senior Quantity Surveyor

My client are a vibrant construction and property development group who design and deliver innovative high end residential developments.

They are recruiting for a Senior / Lead Quantity Surveyor to join their business. You'll be working on a £60m scheme in Liverpool.

As the Senior / Lead Quantity Surveyor, your duties and responsibilities will include: Taking a proactive approach in managing projects and tenders, overseeing their progress and ensuring adherence to financial and contractual requirements. Providing commercial and surveying knowledge, and contractual expertise to the company, contributing to the growth and development of the commercial department. Maintaining a vigilant overseeing role in, ensuring efficient delivery performance both financially and contractually. Developing and nurturing subcontractor relationships, and overseeing the management of subcontract packages.
