Responsibilities:

* Prepare and analyze project costings for tenders
* Conduct feasibility studies and cost planning
* Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
* Provide accurate financial reporting and cost control throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Excel, CostX)
* Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related field
