About the Client:

Our client is a major force in the property development sector with an impressive portfolio of projects nationwide. They have an unwavering commitment to quality and client satisfaction across all stages of development.

The Role:

* Snagging and Maintenance: Meticulously address all snagging issues and execute a wide range of maintenance tasks to ensure properties are finished to the highest standard.
* Core Skills: Demonstrate expertise in joinery, painting, plastering, tiling, and basic mechanical and electrical (Mandamp;E) work.
* Nationwide Travel: Be willing and able to work across various UK locations, ensuring projects are completed on time and to an exceptional level.

You Offer:

* Solid Experience: A proven track record as a multi-skilled tradesperson, ideally within property development or a similar environment.
* All-Rounder: Versatility and the ability to perform a broad spectrum of maintenance and finishing tasks.
* Driving License: A full, valid UK driving license is essential.
