Job Title: Site Manager - Social Housing Experience

Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as Site-Based External Refurbishment Specialists. The role involves assisting site management team working on external refurbishment projects for Together Housing Group and in communities housing association. If you have experience in social housing, renewable technologies, and ideally External Wall Insulation (EWI), we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

* Participate in external refurbishment projects, ensuring quality and timely completion.
* Collaborate with management teams to coordinate efforts effectively on-site.
* Implement social housing policies and practices in refurbishment projects.
* Utilise renewable technologies where applicable to enhance sustainability.
* Ideally, contribute expertise in External Wall Insulation (EWI) projects.

* Day to day running of site
* All aspects of Health andamp; Safety, Rams and risk assessments
* Ordering materials, site inductions
* Conducting meetings with clients and sub contractors
* Management of sub contractors

Desired Skills and Experience:

* Prior experience in social housing projects, with a focus on external refurbishment.
* Knowledge of renewable technologies and their application in housing projects.
* Familiarity with External Wall Insulation (EWI) techniques and best practices.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration on-site.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
* First Aid certification.
* CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
