Senior Estimator

My client are a prestigious, award-winning UK property and construction group with an excellent reputation for delivering significant, high-quality projects across the country. Schemes include luxury mixed-use developments and major residential / student accommodation projects.

With a strong pipeline of diverse and exciting schemes, they are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Estimator to join their dynamic team. You'll be working on a number of large projects across the Manchester and wider North West areas.

As the Senior Estimator you'll need to be commercially savvy with prior experience in a comparable position. Your main duties will include:

* Collaborating across departments to ensure accurate pricing and comprehensive technical and commercial details in tender submissions
* Upholding tight deadlines throughout the tender process
* Cultivating strong client relationships and networking with industry professionals to pave the way for future tender victories and client engagements
* Facilitating a smooth transition from tendering to project execution and delivery

Salary and benefits:

* They offer a remuneration package of up to £80,000, plus performance-based bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
