Quantity Surveyor

My client are a leading building envelope contractor providing high-quality facades and cladding projects across the UK. Their primary focus involves completing remediation projects on commercial and high-rise buildings, working on a number of high-profile schemes across the country.

They have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Requirements: To qualify for this position you must be degree qualified. Experience within the facades/cladding sector is beneficial, but not essential.

The role: Working under the Commercial Manager, you'll have an excellent opportunity to learn and develop in your career as a Quantity Surveyor. Your duties will include: Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget. Reviewing project costs for accuracy and addressing any discrepancies. Evaluating, pricing, negotiating, and finalising budgets and costs for project scope changes. Developing and maintaining procurement schedules. Preparing bills of quantities and schedules of works for pricing projects.
