* Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to work on void and tenanted properties, completing responsive maintenance and repairs.
* Secure a 3-month temporary position with Building Careers UK, with the potential to become a permanent member of the company.



Key Qualifications:

* Previous experience in social housing and interacting with the public is a big plus. You understand the unique demands and expectations of these settings.
* Hold a full clean driving license, allowing you to reach every job with ease.
* You're armed with an NVQ or equivalent in Roofing, showcasing your expertise in the craft.



Your Responsibilities:

* Take care of reactive maintenance for existing properties in Liverpool, ensuring the safety and security of every home.
* Make use of a company van provided for your convenience, ensuring you have the tools you need for success.
* Tech-Savvy: Stay on top of your game with a PDA system for efficient work tracking.
