Your Mission:

As an Electrician, you'll be the spark behind our team, tasked with working on both vacant and tenanted properties to deliver top-tier responsive maintenance and repairs.

The Path Ahead:

Your journey with us kicks off with a temporary contract, approximately three months in duration. But here's the electrifying part: once your contract period wraps up, you'll transition into a full-time role. It's simple - you do the business for us, and we'll ensure you're in work. Just do a brilliant job.

What's in Your Toolbox:

We're looking for candidates with energy and drive, but also have:

* Proven experience in social housing and public-facing roles.
* A full clean driving license.
* An NVQ Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installations,18th Edition and AM2
* Additional qualifications such as 2391are a preferred bonus



Your Responsibilities:

As our Electrician, you'll be at the forefront of action:

* Handling reactive maintenance on properties in the area.
* Reviving void and tenanted properties.
* Hitting the road in a provided company van.
* Leveraging a PDA system for seamless operations.
